170803 I removed these, because they seemed to be tripping up rsync.
Some of them pointed nowhere.

Then I put them back.  I'm thinking that it is not rsyncs fault. 
Perhaps SourceForge is to blame.  I'll try hosting on my own website.

I'll keep this file around just in case I put these back in wrong.
