The last-modified dates and times for the changlog.txt files (see below) give a good indication of when and where changes were last made.  Download and unpack the library, then read the changlog.txt files for more information:

Menu handy provides the dupe command and some optional helper commands.  It sends email from the command line.  I developed dupe to fill a need--I wanted to automate the sending of email for my "day job".

The dupe command is a Python script.
