I used "/mnt/170520aa1" above. This location is also known as
      "/mnt/joe_root".

I made directory handy and its contents all root:root.

Here are some words regarding the above explanations on 231028,
   240122 and 240125.

Some of this explanation I made, because I had a directory already
which was called handy. It was a large directory and had lots of
great tools in it, but I chose not to dump them all into this
   distribution.

Instead I moved four of the tools:

into another directory. On my system I called this new directory by
another name, as I still had a directory called "handy".

I needed to write descriptions in this file about what I was doing
with these files, but I didn't want abandon the name "handy" in the
distribution. As a result there were two different directories
called "handy", one in my system and another, much smaller, in the
distribution. This was bad and caused confusion.

I recently fixed the problem by renaming "handy" on my system to
"handy0". And I renamed the other smaller directory on my system to
   the familiar "handy".

This is an example of an interesting problem. My changlog.txt files
serve both me and you. Yet we see them from two different points of
view. It is sometimes important, therefore, that I use the same
names for things as the names I that I put in the distribution.

I hope this corrects and explains the problem.
