I made these changes to make SAM-1.4 from SAM-1.3.  All noted changes refer to SAM commands (either executable or SAM function definition) except as noted:

• description		Changes were made only in a menu.dat file relative to the named SAM command.
  comment		Changes were made to a comment in the code.
  file		This is an ordinary file, not a command.
  name		Changes were made to the file name.
  permission		Changes were made to the file permissions.

Note that I did not note the instances of menu.dat changes that supported removal, creation, or modification of SAM commands.
